摘　　要：阐述了我国经济社会可持续发展必须节约和合理使用能源的必要性 ,分析了能源短缺和能源利用中存在的问题 ,建议制定相应政策和措施应对能源短缺的挑战。This paper expatiates that the necessity of the energy conservation and reasonable utilization in the sustainable development of China economy and society and analyzes the problems in the energy shortage and utilization. Then the paper suggests that related policies and measures should be constituted to cope with the challenges of energy shortage.
