摘　　要：南京国民政府法制建设初期,地方法院在已构建的法律框架下,基本上依据法律规定行使了相应的审判权。从判决结果看,违法者大都受到应有的惩罚。但是一些案件在审理过程中受到了一定的等级观念的影响,特别是在牵涉妇女问题的案件中,妇女权益并没有受到切实的保护。In the early of the legal construction period of Nanjing National Government, the District Court under the constructed legal framework , strictly in accordance with the law to exercise the corresponding jurisdiction. Look from the judgments, most of the offenders receive the punishment they deserved.
