摘　　要：将我国当前农村微观经济主体——农民的经济行为与农村环境问题结合起来,以农业大省湖南的情况为例,进行定量分析,得出的主要因素及主要因素形成的深层次外部原因,并运用外部性原理分析了如何促进农民非生态性外部行为的转变,实现我国农村经济与环境的协调发展。This article combines the economic behaviour of the farmers who are China s current rural micro-economic entity with environmental problems in rural areas.Takeing the major agricultural province Hunan as an example,basing on qualitative analytical theory,this article draws the main factors,and concludes the deep-rooted causes of these factors.In addition,applying the external principle analysed how to promote the transformation of farmers non-ecological external be-havior,on the purpose of promoting the coo...
