摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜下成人漏斗胸NUSS微创矫形手术的护理配合及体会。方法术前护士应充分了解患者病情,访视患者,减轻其焦虑恐惧心理,使其积极配合治疗;术中密切配合医生进行手术,缩短手术时间,积累经验。结果每例手术都顺利完成,并得到医生的认可。结论胸腔镜辅助下成人漏斗胸微创矫治手术取得了较好的矫形效果。成人大龄者由于胸廓的伸展性和柔韧性较差,手术较困难,手术时间略长,手术前的充分准备以及周密的计划能缩短手术时间、提高手术的安全系数。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation and experience of video-assisted NUSS mini-invasive treatment for adult pectus excavatum.Methods Before surgery the nurses should be fully aware of patients condition,visit the patients for reducing anxiety and fear of patients,making them actively cooperate with the treatment,during surgery the nurses should closely cooperate with the doctors for shortening the operation time and accumulating experience.Results Each operation was successfully completed and reco...
