摘　　要：目的探讨急性重症胰腺炎病人的机械通气护理方法和内容。方法对我院收治的12例患者分别从心理护理、呼吸功能检测、气道管理和停机前后的护理这四个方面进行护理。结果 12例急性重症胰腺炎好转患者血气分析均表示肺功能改善。结论心理护理、呼吸功能检测、气道管理和停机前后护理对于提高急性重症胰腺炎的治愈率,降低病死率有重要意义。Objective To explore the nursing methods and contents of mechanical ventilation in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods 12 patients in our hospital were implemented the nursing from four aspects of the psychological care,respiratory function tests,airway management,and care before and after shutdown.Results The blood gas analysis of the patients who had improved in severe acute pancreatitis indicated the improvements of lung function.Conclusion The psychological care,respiratory function test...
