藿香正气滴丸治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨藿香正气滴丸治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床效果及副作用。方法将2008年1月～2009年1月间在我院住院治疗的小儿病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组同时给予藿香正气滴丸治疗,评定两组治疗效果。结果治疗组在止泻时间、止吐时间、退热时间、住院时间方面明显短于对照组,两者分别比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.30%,对照组为43.47%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组出现轻度恶心2例,对照组呕吐1例,一过性皮疹1例,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论藿香正气滴丸治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的临床效果确切,副作用少,值得推荐应用。Objective To investigate the effects of agastache rugosa healthy energy dripping pills in treating children with viral enteritis.Methods The children with viral enteritis in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both of the two groups received the conventional medical therapy,and the treatment group received the treatment of agastache rugosa healthy energy dripping pills,the therapeutical effects in the two groups were evaluated.Results Th...
