摘　　要：研究出一种既能快速有效溶栓,又不引起出血并发症的新型溶栓药一直是各国研究者的目标。本文对目前溶栓药的优缺点进行综述,为以后的溶栓药研究提供参考。Finding a thrombolytic drug that not only can quickly dissolve thrombus but also cannot induce hemorrhage is the target of many researchers in many countries.This paper presents an overview of advantages and disadvantages of thrombolytic drugs in order to provide references for the research of thrombolytic drugs in the future.
