摘　　要：目的探讨抗菌药物的不合理应用现状及临床对策。方法对我院门诊应用抗菌药物状况进行调查。结果处方抽样调查(共300份),门诊患者的抗生素使用率高达65%;广谱抗生素和联合使用的占38%,远远高于30%的国际水平,门诊病人抗菌药物至少40%使用不合理。结论临床应用抗菌药物有滥用倾向,需引起临床医生的重视和社会的关注。Objective To explore the unreasonable application status and clinical countermeasure of antibiotics.Methods The application situations of antibiotics in our hospital were investigated.Results By the survey of prescription samples(300 samples),the usage rate of antibiotics in outpatients was up to 65%;broad-spectrum antibiotics and the combined use accounted for 38%,which was much higher than the international standard of 30%,at least 40% antibiotics in outpatients were used unreasonablely.Conclusion Antibio...
