铁皮枫斗晶对肿瘤化疗患者的辅助治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的]评价铁皮枫斗颗粒对肿瘤化疗患者的辅助治疗作用。[方法]20例肿瘤化疗阴虚患者用铁皮枫斗颗粒干预,研究观察各组治疗前后阴虚证积分、血液毒性、肝肾功能及T细胞亚群变化。[结果]显著改善的7例,占35%;部分改善的13例,占65%;无改善的0例。阴虚症状积分与治疗前相比下降(P<0.05)。血白细胞计数、肝功能指标、NK细胞和CD4+/CD8+比值与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]铁皮枫斗颗粒能改善肿瘤化疗患者的阴虚症状,同时也能提高肿瘤化疗患者的机体免疫功能。[Objective] To evaluate the effect of Tiepi Fengdou Granule(TFG) as adjuvant treatment in cancer patients during chemotherapy.[Methods] Twenty patients were treated with TFG,and then we added up integral calculus of Yin Deficiency symptoms,tested blood routine,hepatic and renal function and subgroup of T-cell and NK cell.[Results] The Yin Deficiency symptoms of 7 cases(35%) were improved significantly,and 13 cases were partly improved(65%).Each integral calculus of Yin Deficiency symptoms was descended.The tested blood routine,hepatic function and subgroup of T-cell and NK cell were changed significantly.[Conclusions] TFG could control the symptoms of Yin Deficiency and improve immune function for cancer chemotherapy patients.
