宣肺散寒化痰逐饮法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘70例

摘　　要：[目的]观察宣肺散寒化痰逐饮法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]将咳嗽变异性哮喘患者分为两组,治疗组70例口服宣肺散寒化痰逐饮剂,对照组使用青霉素和氨茶碱常规剂量治疗,7天为1疗程,观察2个疗程。[结果]治疗组总有效率(90%)明显优于对照组(66.7%.P<0.01),临床症状改善,缩短病程明显优于对照组。[结论]中药肺散寒化痰逐饮剂治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著。[Objective]To analyze the clinical cure effect of clearing lung,removing cold sputum and water on cough variant asthma.[Method]Divide patients into 2 groups,treatment group(1)takes the decoction of clearing lung,removing cold sputum and water;control group(2)takes Pen and aminophylline;observe for 2 courses.[Result]Total effective rate was much better in group 1 than group 2,as well as the relieving clinical symptoms and shortening course.[Conclusion]TCM decoction has marked cure effect on cough variant asthma.
