摘　　要：[目的]探讨脑卒中后尿失禁的治疗方法。[方法]运用针刺加艾灸治疗符合纳入标准的35例患者,比较治疗前后患者尿失禁的改善程度。[结果]经2个疗程的治疗,总有效率94.286%。[结论]针刺加艾灸治疗卒中后尿失禁疗效确切。[Objective] To explore the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.[Methods]To use the Acupucture and Moxibustion method to treat the 35 patients who met the inclusion criteria,compared before and after treatment of urinary incontinence in patients with the degree of improvement.[Results] After two courses of treatment,the total effective rate 94.286%.[Conclusion]Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke have a positive effect,and this method is simple and few side effects.
