摘　　要：[目的]建立幼泻宁颗粒的质量标准。[方法]采用薄层色谱法对方中白术和车前草进行定性鉴别;另采用高效液相色谱法对白术的含量进行研究。[结果]建立了专属性较强的白术和车前草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。[结论]该标准简便、准确,可有效地控制幼泻宁颗粒的质量。[Objective] To establish a quality standard of Youxiening Granules.[Methods] Use TLC method to identify the quality of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Herba Plantaginis.Use HPLC method to investigate the content measurement of Rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae.[Results] To establish TLC methods with good specificity of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Herba Plantaginis.[Conclusion] The quality standard is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Youxiening Granules.
