不同抗胸腺/淋巴细胞球蛋白联合新赛斯平治疗急性再生障碍性贫血的临床比较

摘　　要：[目的]探讨和比较不同ATG在治疗急性再生障碍性贫血中的应用效果。[方法]回顾性分析我院自2005年1月至2008年8月40例应用ATG联合新赛斯平治疗的急性再生障碍性贫血患者的资料。[结果]国产ATG(ALG-P)治疗组有效率63.6%,进口ATG(即复宁)治疗组有效率66.6%,治疗反应平均时间两组分别为(3.5±1.6)月、(3.8±1.4)月,显示在疗效分析和不良反应方面两组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。[结论]国产ATG价格明显低于进口药,与进口药相比治疗效果及不良反应相似,是一种可选的有效治疗急性再生障碍性贫血而价格相对较低的强效免疫抑制剂。[Objective]To investigate the effects of Acute Aplastic Anemia treated with combination of different antilymphocyte globulin(ATG)and cyclosporin A(CSA).[Methods]To analyze 40 cases treated with combination of different ATG and CSA.[Results] The effective rate of the domestic ATG(ALG-P) group is 63.6%,66.6% for the foreign imporst ATG group,the response time of two groups are 3.5±1.6(ALG-P) and 3.8±1.4 months respectively.The effective rate,response time and side effects among ALG-P and the foreign imporst ATG are marked,but with no statistical difference(P>0.05).[Conclusions]The price of ALG-P is significantly lower than that of imports of ATG,the effective rate and side effects among ALG-P and the foreign imporst ATG are similar.In China,ALG-P is an effective immunosuppression with relatively low prices in the treatment of acute aplastic anemia.
