健脾益智法对多发梗塞性痴呆大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨健脾益智法治疗多发梗塞性痴呆(MID)的作用机制。[方法]运用灌服小承气汤以及栓子注入的方法制作MID大鼠模型,检测比较各组大鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。[结果]中药组大鼠脑组织中AchE活性明显降低,与手术组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),与假手术组及西药组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]健脾益智法可以明显降低大鼠脑组织中AchE活性,从而改善中枢胆碱能神经系统的功能,起到治疗MID的目的。[Objective]To explore the mechanism of the therapy by strengthening the spleen to enhance intelligence in treatment of MID.[Methods]The MID rats’model was made by administration of Small Chengqi Decoction and injection of emboli into the internal carotid artery.The activity of AchE in the rats’brain of different groups was detected and compared.[Results]The AchE activity of the Chinese materia medica group was significantly reduced,compared with that of the operation group,it had highly significant difference,while compared with that of the sham operation group and the western medicine group,it had significant difference.[Conclusion]The therapy of strengthening the spleen to enhance intelligence can reduce AchE activity in rats’brain,so the function of cholinergic central nervous system was improved.It had the therapeutic effect on MID.
