摘　　要：本文在分析全业务运营的背景下,通过对比国内各运营商业务运营支撑系统建设情况,对中国移动业务运营支撑系统的总体思路、建设策略,与铁通的融合建设等提出自己的理解和建议。Based on the meaning of the all-service operation,by comparing the domestic operator business support system,this paper give a proposal about the general idea,construction strategy of the China Mobile’s business support system,and integration of Tietong construction.
