摘 要:本文基于实际车型,建立整车碰撞仿真模型,结合LS-DYNA对该车进行侧面碰撞仿真,确认侧结构的变形形态及侵入量,结合试验对车辆侧面结构进行优化设计。Based on actual vehicle model,a simulation model of passenger car side collision was constructed.The side collision of the passenger car was simulated via the model combined with LS-DYNA.The deformation shape and incursion of the side structure were analyzed based on computer aided engineering(CAE) model and the simulation result.Optimal design of the passenger car side structure was conducted in relation to actual test result to enhance the side structure.
