特种高分子防水乳液加脂剂的应用工艺研究

摘　　要：以烯酮二聚体(AKD)为主要原料,经阳离子高分子乳化剂乳化制备了特种高分子防水乳液加脂剂SMF。通过对加脂工艺进行调整,确定了采用"三明治"加脂方法、SMF的总用量为4%、甲酸固定时浴液的pH值为3.6、加脂末期用6%锆盐固定、适当延长陈放时间时,成革的2 h静态吸水率可下降到31.6%。且SMF的助染效果明显,废液的透光率在98%以上,肉眼观察几乎无色。Special macromolecule waterproof fatliquoring agent SMF was prepared with alkenyl ketene dimer(AKD) as the main material emulsified by cationic polymer emulsifier.By adjusting the fatliquoring process we determined the "sandwich" method,the total volume of SMF was 4%,the pH value was 3.6,fixed with zirconium salt and an appropriate extension of set free time,the leather s 2 h static water absorption can be reduced 93%.And the SMF can help dyeing,the waste liquid s light transmission rate was above 98%,naked...
