摘　　要：在倡导责信的时代,对社会养老机构进行评估成为一种必然趋势。对社会养老机构进行评估是社会养老资源充分配置的依据,是社会养老机构及其行业发展的需要,也是社会养老机构评估理论本土化发展的需要。我国社会养老机构评估面临着评估缺乏规范、主体不明确、内容流于形式、手段单一等不足。借鉴国外的评估模式,在评估依据、主体、内容、手段等方面需要进一步规范和完善,借此走出一条有中国特色的简洁有效的评估路径。With advocate of responsibility and credit, the evaluation of social old-age organization is the inexorable trend.
