摘　　要：高校管理行为极容易侵害大学生的合法权益,对大学生的法律保护不能只注重事后的侵权救济,而完全忽略了事前的侵权预防。只有不断完善侵权救济机制和逐步建立侵权预防机制,在两种机制的共同作用下才能给大学生提供有效的法律保护。Administrative behavior in colleges and universities can easily infringe students legal rights and interests.The legal protection for college students cannot only through relief of tort afterward while completely ignoring prior prevention of tort.Only through continuously improving the mechanism of tort relief and gradually establishing mechanism of tort prevention,can the students enjoy effective legal protection under the combination of the two mechanism.
