摘  要:目的:检测过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)患儿尿微量蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平的变化,以评价二者之间的相关性。方法:47例过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿按尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)分成HSP组和HSPN组,免疫散射速率比浊法检测各组尿微量蛋白(微量白蛋白mAlb、免疫球蛋白IgG和转铁蛋白TRF)含量,ELISA法检测尿MMP-9水平,并与20例健康儿童进行比较。结果:HSP组和HSPN组尿微量蛋白和MMP-9均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),MMP-9水平随微量蛋白的增加而升高;MMP-9与mAlb、IgG、TRF均呈显著正相关(r=0.641、0.572、0.835,P<0.01)。结论:过敏性紫癜肾炎患儿尿MMP-9表达与尿微量蛋白水平高低密切相关,二者在HSPN的发生发展中起重要作用。Objective To explore the relationship between urinary microprotein and metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in children with Henoch-schonle purpura nephritis(HSPN).Methonds Acoording to the ratio of urinary albumin excreation(UAER),47 children with Henoch-schonle purpura(HSP) were divided into HSP group and HSPN group.The contents of microalbumin(mAlb),transferrin(TRF) and IgG in the urine were determined by immune rate nephelometry and the expression level of MMP-9 was determined with ELISA,another 20 healthy children were selected as control group.Results The contents of urinary microprotein and level of MMP-9 in both HSP and HSPN group were all significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The expression level of MMP-9 was increased following the increasing microprotein contents,and it was positively correlated with the content change of mAlb,IgG,TRF(r=0.641,0.572,0.835,all P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 was closely related to urinary microprotein,and they may play important roles in the generation and development of Henoch-schonle purpura nephritis in children.
