摘　　要：Women like to look smart.That is why so many women apply nail polish to,or inlay colorful patterns on,their fingernails.Maybe you are one of those women.But did you realize you could tell a lot about your health by examining your fingernails?Experts have discovered that signs of some illnesses,such as diabetes and heart disease,can be detected in fingernails.许多爱美的女士都喜欢在纤纤玉手上涂上美丽的指甲油或是镶上缤纷的花朵图案,在举手投足间亮出一道迷人的风景。然而,这些女性在美甲的时候却不知道,指甲除了可以炫耀美丽,还是人体健康的一个晴雨表。专家指出,指甲是人体内各部分健康状况表现在外部的一个窗口,我们可以从指甲上发现糖尿病和心脏病等疾病的病兆。
