摘　　要：取内蒙古某猪场疑似断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征 (PMWS)病猪的肝、淋巴结、肺、脾等器官组织病料 ,处理后负染 ,透射电镜观察到约 17nm的病毒粒子。用 PCR法从病料中扩增获得 2型猪圆环病毒的全基因组序列 ,其全长为176 7bp,与 Gen Bank中公布的 11株 PCV- 2型序列比较 ,同源性为 95 .2 %～ 99.8%To isolate porcine circovirus 2(PCV-2) from the pigs of some swine farms suspected to have been suffered from postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS) in Innermongolia.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the small circovirus-like particles in homogenate of lung,spleen,liver,intestines and lymph nodes.±17 nm porcine circovirus-like particles have been found in the tissues homogenate of the samples. while PCR was used to amplify the genetic fragments of PCV-2 from the tissues homogenate.The entire genome of Innermongolia strain(NM2002) of PCV-2 has been cloned,with its length of (1 767) bp.This is a first confirmation that the PCV-2 have been isolated from the swine flocks in Innermongolia,and even the sequences of the whole genome between NM2002 and the published one(AF055394) shows 99.8% homology.
