摘 要:利用洛美沙星对碱性luminol H2 O2 Cr3 + 化学发光体系有较强的抑制作用 ,建立了一种测定洛美沙星药物的新方法。线性范围为 5 .16× 10 -10 ~ 9.0 3× 10 -6mol/L ;平均回收率为 95 %~ 10 5 % ;检出限 (3δ)为 1.84× 10 -10 mol/L ;相对标准偏差为 0 .92 % (n =6 ,Cs =5 .16× 10 -10 mol/L)。用于胶囊、片剂和针剂中洛美沙星的测定 ,结果令人满意。A novel chemiluminescence method was proposed for the determination of lomefloxacin was developed in this paper. It was based on the inhibition effect of the studied drug on the chemiluminescence of luminol-H2O2-Cr3+ system. Under the optimum conditions, the decreased CL intensity was proportional with the concentration of lomefloxacin in the range of 5.16 x 10(-10) to 9.030 x 10(-6) mol/L. The average recoveries of samples were 95% similar to 105%, the detection limit was 1.84 x 10(-10) mol/L lomefloxacin was 0.9%. As a preliminary application, the proposed method has been applied for the determination of lomefloxacin in its pharmaceutical formulations. The results obtained compared well with those by an official method. The possible inhibition mechanism of lomefloxacin on lumino-H2O2-Cr3+ CL system was discussed briefly.
