科研量分配的数学模型探讨

摘　　要：　科研成果诸如项目、文章、著作常常是由多个作者合力完成的,在没有明确给出各作者科研成果工作量分配比例时,尝试按照科研成果作者序号研究其分配比例。从不同的角度建立了作者序号与其科研成果工作量的对应关系,给出了4种数学模型,并针对模型不仅编程计算出多个作者的科研成果工作量而且分析讨论了各个作者科研成果工作量的分配方案,为科研管理统计者提供了参考方案。The research product such as a project, an academic paper, a book, a work and so on was always completed by not a single author. It discusses their research product allocation under their research without defining definitely. It provides four mathematical modeling by the authors order from different points of view and lists the cooperator's research product allocation. This can provide great help for research management and calculators.
