摘 要:以烟草黄叶突变体及其后代黄叶DH系为材料,研究了黄叶突变基因对烤烟烟叶成熟的影响。结果表明:每个黄叶材料一次可采收叶片数比正常绿色品种K326多2~6片,平均多3.11片;其中黄叶K326可一次采收11片叶,且11片叶的外观颜色均为黄色。说明黄叶突变体基因有促进烟叶成熟、提高烟叶成熟的集中度的作用。The effect of yellow-leaf mutant gene on the concentrated maturation of tobacco leaf was studied by using yellow-leaf tobacco mutant and its offspring yellow-leaf DH lines as the tested materials.The results showed that each yellow-leaf material had 2~6 leaves(3.11 leaves on average) which could be harvested once more than the normal green-leaf variety K326,among them the yellow-leaf K326 had 11 leaves which could be harvested once,and these 11 leaves were all yellow in appearance.Therefore,the yellow-leaf ...
