摘　　要：针对绒毡层、减数分裂与雄性不育发生过程的关系作了简要的综述,并从细胞学与分子生物学水平阐述了细胞程序性死亡与雄性不育之间的关系,探讨了利用基因工程创造雄性不育的策略,并对今后的应用前景进行了展望。Male sterility has been widely used in hybrid breeding,it also provides important materials for the study of pollen development,nuclear genetics,cytoplasmic genetics and interaction between karyon and cytoplasm in life science research.Programmed cell death(PCD) is a natural cell death process controlled by "death program" which is coded by certain genes,it occurs at certain stages of development,and commonly presents in the process of plant development.In this paper,we briefly describe the relationship bet...
