摘　　要：目的:评估某院呼吸科社区获得性肺炎(CAP)住院患者抗菌药物应用的合理性。方法:统计某院呼吸科2008年6月-2009年5月172例CAP住院患者的相关资料,采用药物利用评估(DUE)法评估CAP患者应用抗菌药物的合理性。结果:88.4%的患者符合住院治疗标准;93.0%的患者抗菌药物剂量合理;95.3%的患者经治疗后临床症状好转,但仅50.5%的患者治疗过程中监测了肾功能。结论:该院CAP患者抗菌药物应用基本合理、有效,但也存在一些不足之处,需要进一步改进。OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the rationality of antibacterial agents for inpatients with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) in respiratory department of one hospital. METHODS: The 172 medical records of CAP inpatients from Jun. 2008 to May. 2009 in respiratory department were collected.
