摘　　要：目的:考察三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液与盐酸法舒地尔注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:在室温(20±1)℃条件下,分别观察及测定6h内配伍液的外观、不溶性微粒数、pH值及紫外吸收光谱的变化,并用紫外双波长分光光度法测定2药含量。结果:2药配伍后,6h内外观、pH值、不溶性微粒及峰形均无明显变化,配伍液6h内2药含量相对稳定。结论:2药可在0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍使用。OBJECTIVE: To study the compatible stability of cytidine disodium triphosphate injection with Fasudil hydrochloride injection. METHODS: The changes of appearance, insoluble particle, pH value and UV absorption spectra of the mixture at room temperature (20±1)℃ in 6 hours were observed and determined, and the contents of two drugs were determined by dual ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
