摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与临床药物治疗工作的模式。方法:临床药师通过参与会诊,进行药学监护,治愈1例药物引起发热的患者。结果:临床药师通过会诊、药学监护、干预医嘱执行、参与处理药物不良事件等途径和方法为临床提供药学服务,以避免不良事件发生。结论:临床药师可为临床提供多种形式的药学服务,确保药物应用更加安全、有效。OBJECTIVE:To explore the approaches and methods for clinical pharmacists participating in clinical pharmaceutical care.METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in group consultation and pharmaceutical care to cure one patient with drug fever.RESULTS:Clinical pharmacists could provide clinical pharmaceutical care by participating in group consultation and pharmaceutical care,intervening medical order and dealing with adverse drug events to avoid the occurrence of adverse drug events.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pha...
