摘　　要：超说明书范围用药,与合理用药理念相悖。通过将案例与处方用药现实相结合,以事实说明试验性治疗的实质是超药品说明书范围用药,而超说明书范围用药等同于不合理用药,存在潜在风险,对安全用药造成巨大威胁。Using medicine beyond instruction is contrary to thought of rational use of medicine.By the prescription with case explaining by a fact that substance of experimental therapy is using medicine beyond instruction which becomes breakthrough of irrational using medicine,has potnetial risks and threatenas seiously to safety use of medicine.
