胎儿消化系统畸形产前超声诊断的追踪观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿消化系统畸形的产前超声诊断与追踪结果的符合率。方法对产前超声检查诊断为消化系统异常的69例胎儿进行系统追踪随访。结果 69例产前超声诊断消化系统异常的胎儿中自然产23例(33.3%),引产46例(66.7%),有手术与尸体解剖结果的19例(19/69,27.5%),其产前超声诊断与最后诊断符合率为94.7%(18/19)。产前超声诊断消化系统畸形有一定的假阳性率,本组假阳性病例15例,新生儿期无明显临床症状。结论产前超声诊断胎儿消化系统畸形符合率高,系统追踪随访有助于进一步提高产前超声诊断率,能更好的提供临床咨询。Objective To investigate the prenatal diagnosis and the outcome of malformations follow-up of fetal digestive system.Methods Sixty-nine fetuses suspected of digestive system anomalies by ultrasound examinations were followed up.Results There were 23 cases of spontaneous labor(33.3%)and 46 cases of induced abortion (66.7%) in the 69 cases of suspected digestive system anomalies.Autopsy and operations were performed in 19 cases(19/69,27.5%).The prenatal diagnose accordance rate with the final diagnosis was 94...
