摘  要:目的探讨超声实时监视下对小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复的临床应用价值。方法对35例急性肠套叠患儿肠套叠图像进行超声分型,并在超声实时监视下进行空气灌肠整复,整复气压8~12kPa(60~90mmHg),最高压力限值12kPa。结果 35例患儿中超声显示腹腔内轮廓光整的团块,横切面呈"同心圆"征,纵切面呈"套筒"征。35例中回肠-结肠型肠套叠15例,结肠-结肠型12例,回肠-盲肠型5例,小肠型(回肠-回肠型)套叠3例(声像表现)。35例均无气腹、腹水征象。经空气灌肠后35例急性肠套叠患儿中成功整复34例(34/35,97.14%);1例空气灌肠未能成功整复而进行手术治疗。结论超声实时监视下空气灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠诊治时间短、创伤小、无辐射,是治疗小儿急性肠套叠成功率高的好方法。Objective To further investigate real-time surveillance air enema for children intussusception by ultrasound.Methods Thirty-five children with intussusception were diagnosed by ultrasonogrphy and were proceeded air enema under ultrasound real-time surveillance.The pressure of air enema was provided from eight kPa (sixty mmHg) to twelve kPa (ninty mmHg).Results Thirty-five cases showed clear-cut masses in the peritoneal cavity by ultrasound,with signs of cross-sectional "concentric rings" and vertical sectio...
