摘　　要：目的开发石材自动排样系统,实现单一尺寸矩形纹理石材在大板上的排样.方法在考虑刀缝宽的情况下,以单张大板所排工程板最多为原则建立数学模型并求解.在VC++为开发环境下采用面向对象方法,实现板材数据任意设定,可反复输入不同尺寸板材,完成了最终输出结果.结果完成了对矩形纹理石材单一尺寸排样,实现了利用计算机快速求解,快速排样,排样图输出界面简洁直观.结论在VC++环境下开发的系统,可以完成对单一尺寸矩形纹理石材的排样系统设计,使用户方便快速直观地对板材进行排样和选取合适的方案.操作简单,有效地提高了生产效率.The purpose of this paper is to develop the automatic layout system for stone and to achieve the layout of the single size rectangle texture stone in the slab.In consideration of the tool gap width,a mathematical model is set up and solved based on the principle of cutting each slab into the largest number of engineering slabs.In the process of program development,the method is used in the VC++ development environment to achieve arbitrary data input,and the final output results are obtained by solving the m...
