摘　　要：目的改善房地产产品售后服务水平,提高客户满意度.方法将计算机网络开发方法应用于房地产产品售后服务系统,对房地产产品售后服务系统功能进行设计,通过对系统的体系结构、前台和后台的分析,选择出适合本系统的体系结构和开发方法,建立基于网络化的房地产产品售后服务系统.结果通过对房地产产品售后服务功能的研究,选择了拥有应用表达层、逻辑层和数据层的三层体系结构,系统开发选用ASP.NET技术,编程语言采用Visual C#,数据库采用Microsoft SQL Server.结论网络化售后服务系统的应用能够提高房地产产品售后服务的效率,改善售后服务水平,房地产产品采用网络化售后服务系统具有可行性.This paper aims to improve real estate after-sale service level and enhance customer satisfaction.The computer network development method is applied to real estate product after-sale service system and design the system,choose a suitable computer architecture and development method for the system and establish the after-sale service system which is based on the network of real estate product through the analysis of the structure function,foreground and background of the system.Based on the research of real ...
