摘　　要：Cao Xueqin, a member of the Qing Dynasty's (1644-1911) literati, taught the handicapped to be self-reliant by making kites. In his monograph, The Artificer's Record of Various Kites Nationwide, Cao thoroughly detailed kite-making craftsmanship.
