摘　　要：知识产权具有价值、使用价值和可转让性,可用来担保融资。知识产权担保融资不能转移占有、知识产权价值易变以及侵权可能性造成知识产权融资的内在风险,我国目前的法律和制度不能在较高程度上消弭这种风险,知识产权担保融资困难。分析以知识产权、知识产权收益以及第三人信用担保三种融资担保模式,文章认为采用政府担保企业融资及企业知识产权反担保策略,具有可取性。Intellectual property has value,use value and transferability which can be used as guarantee to get loan.Such elements cause the inherent risks in intellectual property finance as the possession of secured financing cannot be transferred,variable value and the possibility of infringement of intellectual property.China s current laws and institutions cannot eliminate such risks in a high degree,and therefore it is difficult to get loan by using intellectual property as guarantee.After analyzing three financi...
