工业闭式齿轮油换油指标应用研究

摘　　要：随着工业齿轮油产品应用的不断发展,正确使用并合理换油成为应用中的关键问题之一。现仅有针对L-CKC中负荷工业闭式齿轮油的换油指标标准,尚无L-CKD重负荷工业闭式齿轮油换油指标标准。文章通过对国内外润滑油生产商、行业用户等对工业齿轮油换油指标推荐以及在冶金、水泥行业齿轮设备上的应用研究,提出了将运动黏度、水含量、机械杂质、酸值增加、铜片腐蚀、铁金属元素含量等作为L-CKD工业闭式齿轮油换油指标的建议。With the continuous development and application of industrial gear oil,the proper and reasonable uses of industrial gear oil become one of the key issues.Currently there is only criteria for change of moderate duty industrial gear oil(L-CKC),still no criteria for change of heavy duty industrial gear oil(L-CKD).Through recommendations by domestic and foreign lubricant producers and users for performance limits of industrial gear oil,and application research on the gear device in metallurgical,cement industry...
