摘　　要：目的:研究碘必乐造影剂对放射治疗时剂量计算的影响。方法:将不同浓度的碘必乐放至同型号的有机玻璃瓶中,然后对其作CT定位并制定相应的治疗方案,在直线加速器上实施该方案,测量其实际剂量。结果:碘必乐的浓度越高,TPS计算值越小,电离室测得的数值也越小。结论:碘必乐的浓度越高对剂量计算的影响越大。Objective:To make a research on the effect of iopamiro contrast medium for calculating dose in radiotherapy.Methods:Iopamiro solution with different density is put into glass bottles of different styles.A CT scan is made to localize the position of the target and a treatment plan is computerized and delivered at the accelerator and measure the actual dosage.Results:The denser of the iopamiro solution,the higher of the value calculated in the TPS,so does the value measured by the ionization chamber.Conclusio...
