摘　　要：Joachim Wolff,壳牌全球解决方案国际有限公司液体和气体气化的服务经理,德国Dresden大学的热力学博士,拥有气化领域的技术开发、设计、制造以及气化工厂的开试车等经验背景。在2003年加入壳牌全球解决方案有限公司时,他担任壳牌气化技术(SGP)的专利及服务经理。作为福建项目的专利商代表,他参与了项目的定义阶段,编写了工艺设计手册,参加了项目执行过程、现场开试车以及性能考核。The implementation of the FREP IGCC project provides an excellent example of successful integration of residue gasification technology into a complex refinery configuration.The design objectives of the project with respect to reliability and flexibility for different operating modes are achieved.This achievement is thanks to the tight cooperation between the Fujian people,the support team of the licensor Shell and the EPC contractor SNEC.
