摘　　要：文章介绍了两种碱值达到300 mgKOH/g以上的纳米级羧酸钙盐清净剂产品的各项基本性能。通过冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了含碳酸盐的胶体粒子结构及粒度分布情况,采用红外光谱法表征了该产品的基本结构,应用四球机考察了产品的抗磨、减摩性能,结果表明:该产品不但具有良好的高温清净性、较好的热稳定性、抗磨性和减摩性,而且具有良好的胶体稳定性,是一种性能优良的润滑油添加剂。The properties of two nano-carboxylate detergents with TBN of 300 mgKOH/g were studied in this paper.The structure and distribution of carbonate-contained micelle were observed by freeze-etching replication and electronic microscopy,the basis structure and carbonate crystal structure were studied by IR spectroscopy,the four-ball test was used to study the anti-wear and friction reducing performances of the products.The results showed that the products have good high temperature detergency,thermal stability,...
