查嗣庭文字狱案与海宁查氏文学世家的衰微

摘　　要：海宁查氏是明清两代的著姓望族、文学世家。他们在科举、仕宦、学术及文学方面都取得了引人瞩目的成就。尤其是查氏家族的诗歌创作成就,获得时人及后人的一致认可与称赞。查嗣庭案是发生在雍正四年的文字狱大案,查氏家族遭受沉重打击,家产抄没,其族众或戮尸,或流放。案后,查氏族人的科举仕宦之路暂时中断,继续将家族发扬光大、推向兴旺繁荣的步伐受阻,査氏家族渐趋衰微。导致查氏家族非正常衰落的关键因素是清王朝对浙人及查氏家族的有意打压,同时也与查氏族众的心灵受到巨大伤害,以及查氏家族成员贪恋官位而不知检束等因素有关。The case of Zha Siting s literary inquisition case occurred in the 4th year the reign of the Yongzheng Emperor.The Zha family suffered severe blow,their family property was confiscated and their family members received the punishments,such as slaughtering the corpses of the dead and living an exiled life.After it,the Zha family members roads to the imperial examination and the official career were temporarily interrupted and the step of extending family influence was hindered.Therefore,the Zha family were ...
