摘　　要：For a long time.women have struggled for their rights,and to this day.they still have a lot of trouble in huntingfor jobs.Whether they are old.middle-aged or young.and whether they are working women or professionalwomen,they meet with many difficulties when theyhunt for a job.However,the"age of woman"has justdawned and perhaps women will find jobs moreeasity in the near future.很长一段时间以来,女性都在为她们应有的权益而斗争,可是时至今日,女性在就业方面还是遇到诸多阻碍,无论是中老年女性,还是年轻女孩,无论是劳动妇女,还是知识女性,她们的就业之路大都不那么平坦,但所幸的是,“她时代”巳经微露端倪,也许很快女性就业会变得更容易。
