摘　　要：The title of “‘March 8’Red-Banner Holder”is for women who excel in their chosen fields and the yearly conferring of the honors at the advent of March 8, International Working Women's Day,is a Chinese tradition and also serves as a call for other women to follow their examples. On March 3,at a grand ceremony at Beijing Century Theater,"March 8"Red-Banner Holders of "Red-Banner Pacesetter,"and 1,000 women the designation of" Red-Banner Holder."
