摘　　要：Soile Korhonen has held a firm belief since childhood that women have equal opportunity with men and that one will succeed if she devqtes herself to her work. For her, having an everlqsting interest in new friends, things and culfures, provides one with endless power to adapt to new surroundings and improve oneself. Everyday is different and promising. With these faiths in mind, Soile Korhonen never stops trying to improve herself and become more successful.素依兰女士从小认为女性和男性一样,成就来自于自己的努力,工作就有机会。一个支持她不断进取、不断成功的重要信念就是——永远对新鲜的人、事物、文化保持强烈的兴趣,使自己有源源不竭的动力去适应不断变化的外界环境,有机会不断学习,每一天都是新的一天。
