摘　　要：In the 15 years since 1989, the Spring Bud Plan, launched by the China Children and Teenagers' Fund, has benefited nearly 1.5 million girls who might have to discontinue their study without the plan. Besides the funds and support from society, the hard work of teachers should not be neglected. Li Huijuan is the class teacher of Xuji Spring Bud Class in Jiushan Middle School in Yuzhou, Henan Province. She believes that love and dedication can help the students overcome difficulties in their growth.
