摘　　要：Numerous theatrical troupes-some individually operated and others collectively run-emerged in the 1980s. The troupes are still active, mainly in China's rural areas, and the performances enrich the cultural lives of farmers and their families. The troupes survived largely on their own until the 1990s, when the Chinese Government promulgated measures aimed at supporting cultural organizations run by individuals and collectives. As a result, the troupes were almost suddenly able to develop dramatically. Now, ...民营剧团出现于20世纪80年代前后。这些土生土长的民营剧团主要活跃于农村地区。它们的演出丰富了当地农民的文化生活。那时候的民营剧团往往处在一种自生自灭的状态。到90年代,国家陆续出台了一些扶持民营文化的措施,民营剧团发生了很大的变化。目前仅在山西省,在册的民营剧团就有111个。山西晋阳艺术团就是他们其中最大的一个。
