摘　　要：研究建立了一种用碱处理磨碎水稻叶片快速制备PCR模板的方法,该方法简单快速、稳定可靠、扩增效 果好,对待测植株的损伤小;而且用于制备模板的样品不受叶龄的限制,低温保存后的样品和制备好的DNA模板 也不影响其扩增效果。因此,该方法在转基因水稻的大规模筛选与鉴定方面更经济有效。A new method of preparing PCR template from grounded rice leaves with alkali-treated was established. The method was simple, rapid and stable tit had little damage to the plant to be tested ; the sample for the template might be selected at every leaf age; the sample and the prepared template stored at freezing condition had no unhealthy effect on PCR amplification. So it is a more economic and effective way to screen and identify transgenic rice in a large scale.
