摘　　要：在现行成品油定价制度以及高油价背景下,油荒已经无法避免。接连几天,国际油价迭创新高,距100美元/桶仅一步之遥。望着纽交所原油电子盘,老梁11月15日就决心暂停所有加油站业务,"在现行定价制度下,国内汽柴油零售价肯定还能涨,傻子才现在卖油呢!"老梁在广西从事成品油业务已经十几年,在玉林、贵港等地有了十几座自己的加油站,并建立了良好的供销渠道和人脉网络。China has suffered from oil shortage in every winter since 2003. This year is of no exception, or even worse. In November, over 200 people with barrels from several local quarries invaded a Sinopec service station near Ningbo and fought for diesel oil.
