生态化视角下城市技术创新体系的演化研究

摘　　要：城市技术创新体系的形成过程是复杂的,其状态分别经历了离散、二维链状连接,最后通过各个主体之间的非线性相互作用、协同作用、分工作用、竞争等,创新体系从无序变为有序,最终发展到创新生态化阶段的三维四元状态过程。创新生态化状态是企业、研究机构、政府、中介网络等各个不同行为主体采取一定的联结和运行方式,历经形态演化中相互渗透、相互作用、相互激发的过程,是市场需求、经济条件、外部环境支撑等多种因素交互作用的动态过程。因此,城市创新生态化状态不再是线性的直线模型而是立体模型,整个演化过程是基于复杂适应系统理论的演进。Urban technology innovation system is a complicated process,whose stages include discrete stage,two-dimensional chain-like connection stage and three-dimensional quaternary stage which is order and ecologicalized and there are nonlinear interaction function,synergetic function,division function and competition among subjects.Specifically,innovation ecologicalized stage is a process of which different subjects including enterprise,research institution,government,intermediary network and so on penetrate,interact and stimulate among them and also a dynamic process in which various factors including market demand,economic conditions,external environment support and so on interact.Therefore,urban technology innovation ecologicalized stage is not a linear model but a three-dimensional model,whose whole evolution process is based on the development of complex adaptive system theory.
