摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,跨国研发投资的地理分布开始趋向分散化,中国正在成为发达国家投资研发的新兴市场。短短10年的时间,外资在华R&D机构迅速增加,研发规模不断扩大,研发层次大幅提升。针对跨国公司在华R&D机构功能演化现象,围绕功能类型这一核心,对所有研究样本的目前功能和初始功能进行比较,初步勾勒跨国公司在华R&D机构功能演化的轨迹;并从跨国公司R&D机构在全球研发网络中的地位变迁出发,对功能演化的成效做出评价。Since 1990's,MNCs tend to have decentralized geographic distribution of international R&D investment when China is becoming a newly-emerging market for developed countries' R&D investment.During no more than a decade,as MNC branches rapidly increased in China,their R&D institutions enlarged the scale and improved R&D levels.In view of functional evolution of MNC R&D institutions in China,the author,focusing on all functions,outlines the route of functional evolution and then evaluates its results,based on the study on changes of MNC R&D institutions' roles on global R&D network.
